SHRIMP & SPAGHETTI SQUASH
SiZZLING SHRIMP AND SPAGHETTI SQUASH
1/2 lb extra large raw uncooked shrimp
1/2 large spaghetti squash
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1/2 bag frozen peas
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Microwave the squash for 10 minutes. While that is cooking saute the olive oil and garlic in large frying pan for 2 - 4 minutes. Add the frozen peas and cook until they are just soft. Add the peeled raw shrimp and cook until they turn a beautiful pink about 4 - 5 minutes. Remove squash from microwave and scoop out 1 cup to a plate, top with ingredients that were sauteed and top with cayenne or paprika.
